Groundwork0 has one engineer on-call at all times (24/7). The contact order is as follows:

In the unlikely event that the engineer on-call cannot respond immediately then the call can be escalated to the secondary person. If for whatever reason the secondary engineer can not be reached then the support call can be placed to Shane Pfannes:
